What are we looking for in our Partners?

A channel partner should have an IT background. Knowledge of accounting& billing software sales/service or having sound knowledge of ERP implementation would be ideal. An official partner commits to:

• Have dedicated resources assigned to Dollar ERP products.
• Take full responsibility for sales, implementation, training, and after-sales support to end-users.
• Be available for regular meetings with Dollar ERP account managers.
• Be the 1st level of support for the client & use Dollar ERP as the second level of support.
• Promote Dollar ERP Enterprise Solutions or Products in their region.
