In order to provide you with the facility to view, add, alter your own accounting and Inventory data through “Dollar ERP”. We use your personal Google Drive Space to store this data. This data contains item masters, account masters, Godown masters, inventory and accounting vouchers. All this information is saved on your own Google Drive account. We don’t save any accounting or inventory data to any of our official servers.
We fully take care of the security conditions mentioned by Google to g permission from you to store your data on your Google Drive Space. We also want to add that your accounting data cannot be accessed directly by our team without your permission and login. Our Mobile App connects with your data through API’s provided by Google Drive to read and write the data. These API’s can read and write only that data or files, which are created by the help of these API’s. We don’t access any other information or file from your Google Drive.
Retention of your Data: Whether you are a registered user or a demo trial user, we retain your data for as long as you remain a registered or active user of our product. Where there has not been any activity on your accounting data for three months or expiry of your service period or when you decide to cancel your account or we do not hear further from you, your account will be deactivated and your data will be deleted. Where you have subscribed to receive marketing correspondence from us, we will keep your personal information like your mobile number, email id etc. for marketing purposes. This is subject to exercising your right to unsubscribe from receiving such correspondence at any time.

(Your Item and Customer Masters to take sales orders from your Clients through our Client App.)
In order to provide you with the facility to take sales orders from your customers, dealers or other clients through “Dollar ERP”. We store your master data on our cloud server. It is used to show your item master to your clients to make them able to buy your products and services.
Orders collected from your clients, we call this data “Usage Data”, will be saved on our cloud server to provide transactional facility to your clients in non-working hours. This data will be synced to your personal computer or server as per configuration and time interval set by you in our Desktop Console.
We use high level secured servers to manage this type of work. We take all types of precautions and security measures as per our knowledge to maintain data security.
(Your Text SMS Data to Connect you with your desired store.)
Our Dollar ERP uses your text messages to authenticate and connect you with your desired and preferred store. By reading your service text messages, we connect you with the specific store, which is stored and mentioned in the text message sent to you by the store owner. We may use these service text messages to authenticate users and prevent fraudulent use of user accounts.
